Health Science Professions

 

Program Description

First year students will focus on a wide variety of medical careers. They will explore all five pathways of the Health Science cluster while paying close attention to Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services. This class provides the returning highly motivated, second year student an in depth study of a specific medical field. An individualized education plan will be developed for each student and consist of three components: related class work, college level courses and internship placement. Internships are long term, and some are paid experiences for students to complete their training. Employment opportunities may become available after completion of the program.
